KLAS picked up .50” of rain today, bringing their yearly total to about 4.5”. Even if it doesn’t rain until the new year they’ll finish out 2025 with above-normal precip.

Definitely. If I had to wager based on current guidance, I think the East Coast has the best potential in the first half of January if the MJO takes its time through 7 and 8 and syncs with the effects of the SSW. Odds become increasingly in the PNW’s favor throughout January. Late January into early February could be prime time for you guys.
