I can't believe the Euro completely whiffed on it. One the weirdest storms ever. If it came in Jan/Feb or during the night, we could have 8-12 maybe more. I remember measuring 6in outside and my wife was working in Seattle and thought I was lying since she is a Cliff Mass believer.

It did snow all night here from 8pm but the precip rates weren't that good. Definitely could've shifted the event ahead a few hours and we would've got a couple more inches. The heaviest stuff came later in the morning and afternoon. I think it's one of the all timers for longest duration of nonstop snow (20-24 hours) for the 20 years I lived around here. Feb 11 2019 went on for a while too, and took a long while to change to rain (the evening). Feb 2019 was easily the best.
