I am on the upper part of a steep hill facing the Sound so I stay quite warm on radiational cooling nights. My sensor is at 10m so that does make somewhat of a difference but 26 vs 28 or 29 probably doesn’t matter for the bugs. No true arctic airmass.

Wow, you must live in one of the worst radiational cooling spots in the area. Even Seattle WFO got down to 26 in January.

Thanks. Kayaking is the one thing I may be able to do so that would be nice to be able to do that. If they can repair the meniscus then I have 6 weeks of no weight bearing. If it’s a meniscectomy then it’s a pretty short recovery. I’d rather have the repair for my long term well being.
