I just use my iPhone although the 360 on top of the 4Runner is a new toy. I also love the shots when the whole storm illuminates ! Got this one out of my hotel room after the storm passed. So cool !!!

^I used to take pictures of lightning. Had thousands of good ones when I was younger. The best is a towering cumulus over a sunset or blue sky with lightning branching out from it. You can buy video cameras that allow you to pause frames and take pictures of that paused frame (great for lightning shots)
