Looks like around 200/year for the PNW. No stats available on how many of those were already dying from melanoma, though.

Traffic deaths from wet/slippery roads! It would be best if we never had precip again... roads would be much safer.

Anecdotally I also see more drownings reported on the rivers/lakes around here on warm summer days than maybe anything else. I'm too lazy to look it up but I bet there's a good number annually.

And the stats are massively against cold weather already... 9 times as many deaths. But Justin needs more evidence because some trees died in his area.
