I was planning on calling the property owner tomorrow. (hoping the number I had was still valid). Someone showed up and mowed, trimmed the shrubs and spruced the place up. could've been the property owner I suppose but the vehicle and the person didn't look familiar. maybe he hired a service. I guess now we'll wait to see if they keep it up. prior to this summer it was kept very tidy, so assuming new tenants.
