I lied, we're getting close to the CA numbers along the southern Oregon coast. I bet if there were more sensors in the foothills down here there'd be some insane gradients. 53 in Gold Beach while almost 100 in Powers is pretty decent. Have to imagine the foothill temps are similar if there were sensors in the ones further south.
Does Eureka still count as PNW for this thread?
Super interesting microclimate stuff today tbh. The gradients are at juuuust right to put some coastal spots firmly in the AC while blasting others into the 80s and 90s.
72 in Seaside while it's 90 in Canon Beach is crazy:

Still doesn't beat those Central CA numbers where you get like 55 degrees in Pismo Beach and 110 a couple miles inland near Paso Robles, but neat stuff nonetheless, lol
