PDX has only had 9 days with measurable rain in the last two months, which ties 1992 for the fewest on record in that timespan. I think that speaks to how predominantly ridgy it's been.
For comparison, 2010 had 41 days with measurable precip over the same period.
I didn’t say worst, I said weakest (insolation). Which is true as far as power (W/m^2) is concerned, as a function of latitude and the presence of an atmosphere.
