It pains me to say that Jared is once again right. Model consensus has summer looking to be uninteresting unless you enjoy averages and a non existent fire season. El Nino is looking to be a non factor and winter will probably be just more climo meh unless you live in the Pacific Northwest's powder capital of Vail. I am renewing the my homeowners policy tomorrow and will point out what has been shared on this forum from the experts. This should hopefully lower my costs as the only real need for insurance will be for the wrongs of other humans, not anything from mother nature. Anyway, remember to pound that weenie react if you're in the greater Denver metro area, also known by MLS and Fifa as the "Cathedral of Cascadia".
