5 days in a row of 90+ heat for DSM as today will not make to 90F or higher. Did set 2 max min records but 5 days in a row of 90+ heat is hardly worth even mentioning. 1934 had 11 in a row THREE TIMES. That's nuts. Here is the top 25 90+ streaks (consecutive days at 90 or higher)

Returning home to some heat. It's currently 92 with a heat index of 103. A chance of storms tomorrow hopefully they won't interfere with any fireworks in the evening.

Beautiful and 82° out there. Hopefully some good stars tonight along with the later lunar phase. It’s cool to see Venus and Jupiter right after sunset. Esp knowing than Venus is close while Jupiter is fidna or has gone behind the sun from our perspective. We’re just now gon start seeing the Dog Star rise before the sun soon. The dog days AKA the smoke days then arrive.
