Stats for BC show pretty clearly that the May 1 to June 25th period in 2026 was very comparable to 2015. My statement that the patterns diverged in late June is very factual for much of southern BC. Temperatures were very similar. A bit wetter on the coast and drier in the interior this year. I'll take these normal summer temps as long as I can. The LRC would suggest a strong heat wave for the middle of the country the first 2 weeks of August. The monsoon looks active for ya the next couple of weeks. Hopefully you get that nice gust of rain cooled air several times to cool you off.
