BLI: -1.5 SEA: -1.4 OLM: -.9 Will also end up cooler than the first halves of July in 2018, 2017, 2015, 2014, 2013, and possibly 2012. Nothing crazy cold, just different than most recent summers.

Been saying since spring...there's precedent. A bunch of super Nino summers were relatively cool or near average for the West coast.
