This actually looks pretty awesome. Above average in the NE, https://climatology.nelson.wisc.edu/wisconsin-historic-climate-data/long-term-annual-variability/ statewide average for Wisconsin was only 1.6in below normal. The jet stream looks ready to dump on the UP too. I'm actually kind of optimistic.
