Rain chances aren't looking too great here in the next 9-10 days. Best dynamics with this weekend's ULL are definitely to our north, and otherwise the threat of any precip at the end of the month looks very uncertain.
It has of course been a historically dry stretch for the Portland area these last four months. Yet another ridiculously parched warm season here (5 of their 9 driest such periods are since 2015, and then 2025 was also historically dry in many spots).
PDX has had a measly 2.00" since April 23, which would be the 2nd driest on record there if they fail to pick up anything else this month.
