We were trying to downsize, ended up upsizing to buy the view. House is 80 years old in a couple years and has plenty of issues but the view and the outdoor space make it worth it.

I'm pretty sure it's expected to remain strong through May. Even without the models, a 3C Niño evaporating by March doesn't pass the sniff test
