No, to put it mildly. There have been significant tornadoes in Michigan in March, but they are not that common. They tend to happen in mid-late March when they have occurred.

Looks like mountains will see a lot of snow next week. Very onshore flowy for the most part which is never really a good sign for accumulating snow in the lowlands, exception for the convergence zone though.

That seems very early in the year for Michigan. Is this common for early March?
