I would put it on par with 2014-15 here. I don't think it will be much better this winter, but you never know. I believe 2023-24 was a pretty significant Nino and we had a great event in January and a bit onshore flow snow event at the end of February/beginning of March.

Plenty of room to be worse than last winter in Seattle. But certainly can't get worse for the Willamette Valley and SW BC.
