Looking at Wunderground and the NWS hazards viewer, a stretch of Seattle along the Burke Guillman near Gasworks, east to UW stadium and south into Eastlake, recieved between 0.35-0.5" of rain. Five blocks to the north, around 40th st northward, absolutely nothing, except for what drizzle managed to fall last night. Very local event
