Another 1/2" of LES overnight takes my March snowfall to an even 10" which is about 2/3 of the 15" amount this Euro run was touting. Looks like it had the idea right, but from that range missed the fact of "Elsa" pivoting and delivering more liquid instead of frozen up here. Still one of the better efforts by nature all winter here. Oh, and those ice photos I posted on the 11th because "you just don't see this often!"? That post didn't age well at all - just 5 days later and nature put on an even more impressive display of sun sparkled icy trees for my evening commute. Morning was spooky with zero electric lit anything for 45 miles from Harrison until I exited in Grayling. M55 exit at Houghton Lake was pitch black!
