Climate change has been somewhat concentrated in the southern third of the PNW, especially during the summer.

Seattle is showing off tonight... gorgeous weather and gorgeous setting.

I took this photo in a bortle 3 area. Very little light pollution, but unfortunately not as dark as bortle 1 which doesn't exist in Qatar. The area around my home has a bortle scale of 7. Can't see stuff with such pollution. Best latitude to see milky way galactic core is 29°S, and it's not visible north of 61°N. At 24°N where I took this photo it's easily visible.

Didn't get this Eugene reference. I have seen it in a few posts.
