That’s not possible up there, any EPAC hurricane would be a baggy non-tropical low w/ how cold those waters are.
Best conduit for some early season warm seclusion/sting jet dynamics would be via a WPAC typhoon riding an augmented E-Asia-NPAC jet. Not a hurricane but that’s probably the next closest thing to it.
