If you meant that as southern Vancouver Island, cool, but it's still a valid point that this does not apply for the region this thread is about.
Also, let's be real. You've been pushing 2015 as an analog (assumedly for the region, not just your backyard, since again this forum is not about just southern Vancouver Island) for months. It's ok to admit it hasn't worked out great. And yes, the stats for SEA, BLI, OLM, PDX, etc do matter for that.
I distinctly remember the layer of smoke moving in here on the morning of July 5, 2015 from the northeast... I remember thinking it was nice it waited until after the 4th.
Should be an exciting show for everyone this storm cell passes over, which, having been to Lake County, I would think is about seven or eight people in total.
