don't know if I've ever seen a Fire Warning on an NWS map?

New fire in Grants Pass Oregon . I think it’s out now but did burn a house down.

Where was this the last two winters??

Looking at radar last evening and had same thoughts - in winter this would be a good system for our region. Currently, woke up to first strataform rain since May?? Definitely has that early autumn vibe. Preview of things to come? Sooner than later?

Just saw this. Mass evacuations are underway. Hopefully everyone can get out of there.
