Challenging! We are intentionally being very picky though. We definitely want something on the water or with an unobstructed view of the water (like @T-Town) We did find a house we wanted to buy that was on the Sound and we are currently getting our house ready to be put on the market and we were going to do a contingent offer on this house but it just sold to someone else. Still focusing primarily on Gig Harbor and Fox Island. We would also consider Tapps Island on Lake Tapps since it has a golf course and clubhouse with restaurant and pool and its gated so that means everyone runs around in golf carts. Resort living there in the summer and we would have our own dock with lake boating.
