Dark mornings suck. Unless it's snowing. Honestly, I'll take my daylight earlier. Don't care about the afternoon, it's gonna get dark anyway.

Dude. Most of the peeps I talk to are enjoying the troughing, plus its great for salmon fishing! I am enjoying the approach of Fall. It's been quite quick around my area. Lot's of color and cooler temps.. Nice change of pace! Now let it rain for a couple of weeks and I will be searching for some sun. Still enjoying the change to gloom too much to to be missing the shiny stuff. Copying this post to repost next year, and the year after.

How come you guys arent looking around LSam? Might not get right on the water without spending 3M+ but South Cove/Vasa are great and there's tons of neighborhood on E Lake that have semiprivate beach access.

move to a lake community in the Carolinas. water and warmth. my wife wants that too. its a compromise indeed. Carolinas over Georgia or Texas any day of the week, IMO
