For me, I ended up with 1.25" for September. Max temp of 100 and min of 52. The first third of the month was very reasonable for early September, with one other cooler period near the 22nd, but the rest of the month was quite warm.
Tulsa ended up with 0.32" and slightly above normal temperatures overall.
My wife worked in a nursing home for many years. She says she learned you don't want to live to 100. Apparently it's pretty miserable. Fortunately for the rest of us only 0.27% of folks make it there. So basically that Five for Fighting song is a crock of s*it, we have less than 100 years to live.
So now we see old windbag Carter is a 100, surprising, I thought he'd kick the bucket when his wife bought the farm. Good for him, he was a terrible President, a real stain on the nation. But he seems to be an affable man, with hints of anti-semitism.
Cooler today with highs near 80F. Low temperatures tonight will be cooler in the low 50s. But then it looks like heat returns for a few days with highs near 88-90F. Another cold front over the weekend but rain chances are essentially zero for 10+ days.
