WWA issued for Chi area. LOT has been increasing totals each day

If Phil isn't a real person then its absolutely the most elaborate scheme ever devised since its been going strong for 2 decades. Who has the time and effort to fake his thousands of elaborate posts full of scientific jargon and move into a high-rise apartment in northern Virginia and film weather events that I can track real time on the radar (thunderstorms, snow, wind, etc). And back in 2010 I was able to find his childhood home in the DC area based on public records so there is a real human being with his full name. And he has other social media accounts with his picture and its consistently the same person with the same writing style. This must be a full time job... and for what purpose?? Or it could be that he has been busy and lost interest in posting here for now. That latter seems much more likely than Phil being a manufactured character on a weather forum that someone has dedicated their life to fabricating.

I don't think I've ever seen the Mean higher than the operational run (at least for the Portland area)

I don't think I have ever seen this much rain on a chart (since I have been paying a website to look at the weather). If this happens, we could be looking at flooding issues
