BTW going through my PWS data, March 12th was even crazier than I realized. It was still 75°F at 430AM. By 1030AM it was puking snow and accumulating on everything. Not sure I’ll see a crash like that again in my lifetime. Always figured downsloping made such events impossible on this side of the mountains but apparently it is possible with a perfect parameter space.

The final tally at the NWS Green Bay Office is 26.1". That has surpassed the Blizzard of 2018 by almost 2 inches marking this weekends blizzard at the 2nd snowiest storm on record in Green Bay. 5 out of the 6 top events came in March or April

Phil's summer troughing is still hotter than anything you could handle... for a guy who thinks 60 is too hot if the sun is "blasting". Even Phil would get depressed with our Juneary crap. Like most people. But not too worried about it... late March and early April do not tell the story of summer.
