I have a cousin who died pretty young from it. Around 40 or so. It was on his back and he was kind of a free spirit so I think he just ignored it for quite a while. They got it once but it came back a couple years later and he passed away.
Same here. Had one in my late 30s. It runs in the family. It my uncle's case he hadn't had a new one in decades. His came back when he was in his 80s except it was in his lungs and also traveled to his brain. He had no signs. He fell and hit his head and when he went to the hospital for imaging is when they discovered it. His body couldn't handle the treatment and his kidneys shut down. At that point he had enough and decided to stop treatment. He didn't last long after that.
