It never really turns green here until sometime in April. Though you'd think this would be the year to change that! And of course most trees don't leaf out until end of April/early May.

It's a nice day for a walk outside. Drizzling but nothing disruptive. The air is fresh.

Looks like things will get sunnier around Opening Day next week. The only bad weather day for my trip will be Tuesday it seems.

I don’t want it to be 105 every day, but I would happily sit by a pool with a cold drink in 105 heat right now, after four months of gray. I think it’s possible to appreciate the climate here and also enjoy a few days lounging in the sun every once in a while.
