American airlines suck! My flight to Orlando has been delayed. It was originally to depart at 9:02, then 10:30, then 11:30 and now 12:00 !

I haven't been able to pay attention to the models at all the past week or so between dealing with a potential heart issue and getting the roof replaced. The roofers were supposed to start yesterday but are running behind, so they did not start until today, and will not finish until tomorrow. Are we going to get washed out up here tonight and tomorrow? The good news is, they are already rolling out paper for the largest, most simple part of the roof and they are only 3 hours in. And there goes the sawzall again...all I can think every time I hear the sawzall is, that's another $60. I've heard it 3 times so far. Also, for all the crap that the ER up here in Bellingham gets, they are on it when you walk in the door at 5am with chest pains and shortness of breath. Not that I consider myself "old" but getting old effing sucks!

To be fair, it could have. And also, last season was a bad fire season. One of the worst recently for my area.

Up to 80 now in North Bend... quite breezy out there. 12Z GFS is troughy for the entire run. The 12Z AIFS is quite ridgy. Go figure.

But are we better prepared now than 150 years ago??
