2015 late spring got progressively drier and warmer. Opposite of this year, at least through early June.
SEA had more rain this month than they managed in May/June combined that year.
Yeah... pretty easy down there to be decent in a cold trough. The Seattle area and King County tend to get the worst of it... like Friday when it was dark and gloomy in Seattle but sunny to the north and the south.
Tornado sirens just went off again. Looks like we are on the extreme southern side of the warning. Didn't think we'd get much tornado action tonight given weak shear but looks like a slight possibility.
Looks like Tuesday could make a run at 80 here but other than that looks like a pretty variable nice first week of June coming. We will see how next weekend shakes out. My guess is it probably won’t end up being too bad just showery and cool.
