Yes I said we will be *slightly* below average late this week. That's around the 10 day mark. But that is after all the heat right now being cancelled out. Only to be brought back up again after Day 10 with another warm spell...and potentially extended heat into late month.
I just closed out May with 12 straight dry days! A few 100ths on sprinkles. The very end of April and first half of May were bone dry 17 days! Just nuts how we get dry dry dry periods during wettest time of year so often now!
I did get 3.3" in 4 day mid may. Which is below normal. But these weeks of dry are just so frustrating.
Spread 350 lbs of fertilizer on sweet corn etc sat pm since we had 70% chance of rain. That layed a egg as usual! 250$ and 3 hrs work wasted.
