Been an active year for some areas. As far as tornadoes, this map shows how Illinois is running away with things on the state level. Some other fairly dense clusters too, like southern Mississippi and my area of northwest Indiana.
Heading down to COOS BAY for a quick getaway. The LORDS country down there. My brother lived in Coos County for about 5 1/2 years. He lived inland at Coquille which is off the coastal fog belt so a lot of sunny and 75 type days in the summer. They would also hit 65-75 pretty frequently in the winter, especially during February dry spells. I think they average about 60" of rain, but overall it seemed like a very pleasant climate. They had a lot of snow in February 2019 and February 2023, I think they got about 5" with one of the big events in 2023. He had accumulating snow every winter he lived there. The hottest temp he recorded was 103 in I believe September 2022.
