Shame about the big fires growing near Chelan. The Chelan Hills fire is burning wast of Chelan and the smaller Henderson Fire is just north of town. If only people would be careful with fireworks. It seems no matter how many bans there are, people are just stupid with them.

Great looking forecast for Everett this next week or so. Onshore flow should keep smoke at bay from all the num-nutz' who catch things on fire. The smoke from BC sneaking into Whatcom County today should quickly blow out by Tuesday as this lil' ridge goes bye bye. Surprised southern Oregon around Grants Pass hasn't had a fire yet like they always do.

It has been an awesome summer so far. Much cooler daily temps in the 60s and low 70s. I love it. I feel blessed honestly. Currently 73F in Everett. Perfection.
