OP euro and gem are both showing something similar. Think the last time July had thunderstorms that I recall was in 2012 and 2014. Typically it’s been May or August/September in recent years…so statistically due.

Euro AI also trended more cutoff with that low offshore. Still meandering a week from today. I think we may see some storms at some point this week

It was a solid rumble! Glad I had my window open at the time. We missed the brunt of the cell to our SE but it clipped us enough for a couple minutes of rain too. I was not expecting that at all last night so it took me a second to realize what was going on lol.

Troughing to the west that doesn't come inland is a much more sunny pattern out here compared to troughing that ends up to the east.

Currently 66F with a sticky 62F dew point. Once the sun comes out, its going to be very warm and muggy.
