Been another dry, hot, at times smoky month here. Thankfully a cool down is about to arrive and with it hopefully a decent monsoonal surge. Been a pretty dead monsoon season thus far...bit of a surprise given the developing monster Nino.

Yeah like I mentioned yesterday, about 95% of my county lost power, and it's the largest outage in history for the utility company. Almost nobody that lost power yesterday has had power restored yet.

I was reading where there was still 900,000 plus without power. Just crazy!
