Nice summary.
I'm not the biggest Trump fan (I liked some of his policies but not others) and I certainly don't blame anyone for not liking his character because I don't either, but I've had a problem with this case being brought. Finagling an old case into felony charges in a highly questionable manner (to put it mildly) in the runup to an election doesn't sit well with me and it's hard not to think that there was political motivation.
I will make this prediction now. If Trump wins at some point you are going to see the light and come back to him. I'm not totally sure why you turned on him so totally, but you are certainly not the only one. On the other hand some of his biggest haters in the past now love him. Really complex.
Try to ignore what he says and watch what he does. He did some really good things in his first term if you look at it with an open mind.
I often wonder how historians will view this period 50 years from now. By then I'm hopeful a lot of truths that are currently being covered up will come to light and we can really assess it.
He could have a shadow of a chance in OR if the stars align perfectly. WA and CA are impossible obviously. For such an educated state WA is moronic politically.
