It was a very nice and relaxing day yesterday out in Vegas. The skies are smoky from the LA fires and you saw the milky skies hovering over the valley from my room.

I’ll be heading back home today and glad that it’s going to be a manageable 313 miles (5 hours or so)….looking forward to some cooler temps…in the lower 100’s!

I thought the ECMWF handled the wrap around quite well. It originally showed it over Seattle during the day yesterday but then backed off a couple days ago and held it to the north which is what happened. I mentioned on Saturday that Sunday was looking pretty decent based on the ECMWF trend to keep it north. Its was just being delayed of course... it still arrived.
