Anti Marine Layer
We seem to have a recurring pattern of low pressure systems diving into the Great Basin and spinning up coastal eddies this year.

Anti Marine Layer
Low clouds have covered all of the Inland Empire this morning, but the clouds themselves do not seem to be very thick. Last 2 days Salinas was cooler than Monterey due to the southerly wind pattern, which can help the North facing Monterey Peninsula to clear out because of the hills behind it.
