I'm the county just west of that 12" number in the upper left. Local radio station officially reporting 16" for us for the month. My new (second) back up sump pump just arrived today.

Check out what happened in 2010 when a CCKW/MJO of similar depth/amplitude crossed the pacific within a nearly identical background state (IO standing wave, enhanced ISM, -PMM/+AMM, general +CGT pattern over NH).
Initial west coast ridge subsequently retrograding into GOA (-NPI type). I believe a similar pattern is likely this go around.
