Seems to be working. If you are a Democrat, what you don't want is for those states to become the Republican equivalent of two California's, automatic Republican wins. But at some point those high population states become too expensive to compete in if you are going to lose every time.
CA is projected to lose at least 3 electoral votes in 2030.
Trump will probably keep slowly expanding his lead in Arizona as they count ballots at a snails pace. Some are saying Kari Lake still has a shot to win there, we will see.
In Nevada, Rosen will probably overtake Brown and keep that Senate seat.
In PA, McCormick will likely knock off the incumbent.
The super capacitor on mine shorted out which constantly drained the battery. I replaced it with with a slightly different solar panel transmitter that was cheaper but does the job. Maybe a couple hundred bucks on Amazon. I’ve also replaced the tipping rain gauge and the temperature sensor once. Not too bad for 12 years old.
This is what I replaced it with It doesn’t snap into the front of the rain gauge like the old one but it was a couple hundred cheaper option
