Highland SoCal climates are underrated. Very snowy for those temps. Would be a perfect climate with cooler summers

Looks like Mt Ashland managed to reopen after this storm. Willamette Pass is trying. Skibowl is still closed. Wouldn't be surprised if they're just donezo for the season. Having a base at just 3600' makes you wonder how much longer it'll be viable as a ski resort. Basically Oregon's Snoqualmie.

SLC and DEN are also in snow holes. So is BZN and most other airports in Montana.
