Same here. Had one in my late 30s. It runs in the family. It my uncle's case he hadn't had a new one in decades. His came back when he was in his 80s except it was in his lungs and also traveled to his brain. He had no signs. He fell and hit his head and when he went to the hospital for imaging is when they discovered it. His body couldn't handle the treatment and his kidneys shut down. At that point he had enough and decided to stop treatment. He didn't last long after that.
Pill form vitamin D can't come close to the real deal. And you don't need to expose your head or face... just wearing shorts and t-shirt on a sunny day is more than enough.
