You are ridiculously sensitive to air quality or you are a little paranoid. Seems like you are implying it has to be raining for it be good which is not true. All the new growth out there and clean air but somehow its not fresh to you. Maybe because the air is not damp right now? But the air can't always be damp. Even in the 1950s it didn't rain every day. There were many sunny, dry days with low humidity. I love to get these early warm days because it seems to jump start all the trees and the full leaf out.
