I don’t understand why this is such a controversial post. Is cutting down dead snags on the side of the a road/driveway a cardinal sin in the PNW? That s**t is legitimately hazardous, dead trees seldom stand for more than 2 years out here before dropping.

I hit 75 with intermittent fog and a 500ft ceiling. And the front was diffuse, it was the overrunning precipitation that kept areas to the north cooler by reinforcing the inversion. But anyone who broke out of the rain immediately started warming.
