July definitely has seemed to have a harder time getting precipitation than August recently even up here…but it’s just much harder in general during summer the further south you go. Eugene is basically NorCal climo now.

Just go... unless it was Reed Timmer. The Chicago sirens kinda creep me out (unless they have changed). They are like those old school air raid sirens and don't sound like a normal tornado siren.
