Age of the house matters too. I spent most of my childhood in Baltimore, in a four square home built in 1920, and we didn't have central air. Freaking brutal. Also, related to housing age, I'm pretty sure that's why the map shows places like Gallatin County and Flathead County as having higher AC adoption than the less trendy/slower growth Montana counties.

It's not just that though, it's been way deeper and stronger with troughing - which naturally results in more precip output. @Phil?

Yea the AI precip outputs don’t seem to be particularly useful especially out in the extended range like that. Same held true most of the winter.
