btw, fading Nino years (which we will certainly have in early-mid 2027) can be pretty active tornado-wise in some of the same areas that are getting hit hard this year, so it would not surprise me at all if 2027 is above average and possibly way above average again. A few of those years on the top 10 list for Indiana were in fading Nino years (1973, 1992, 2024)
