Friday system making a come back on the GFS but going south instead of through BC. Hard to track all the disturbances in the massive area of anomalous troughing covering a huge part of North America... run to run changes are significant.
This is amazing… potentially going from the driest May on record in 2023 to potentially one of the Top 3 wettest months of May ever this year.
Good riddance to the drought.
One reason I don’t get all the complaining. Today was visually stunning. Nothing like a sunlit, lush and blooming landscape with a beautiful cloudscape overhead, like this afternoon in SE Portland.
